The Science of Progressive Resistance: Strength Training for the Hybrid Athlete

Strength training forms the muscular and structural cornerstone of the Sanatana Hybrid Framework . While Hatha Yoga enhances mobility, body control, and breath, and Distance Running builds cardiovascular endurance, heavy progressive resistance training builds dense bone, joint integrity, and power.
